Episode info for Fringe, Jonathan Strange not handled

So far I’ve only added 4 TV series to Plex. Plex correctly found and named all episodes of 2 series: Northern Exposure and Nero Wolfe.

However, Plex has not correctly named episodes of the other 2 series: Fringe and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell.

I’ve followed the guidelines for naming files and directories, and reviewed the FAQS on server settings, etc.

I have also done the ‘Plex Dance,’ but that didn’t help.

For Fringe, in the Plex app, the episodes all show up named “Fringe_Season_1” but the subtitle does list the episode number. (So far I’ve only added Season 1.)

For Jonathan Strange, the episodes show up as either “Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell Disc 1” or “Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell Disc 2”; but again the subtitles show the correct episode number.

I am using the episode numbering for both series found on TVDB, e.g.:

Video File Naming

With LMA in priority, Embedded Titles within MP4/M4V files are preferred - even over a perfect file name. Local Media Assets should - AT ALL TIMES - remain enabled (unless specifically instructed to turn it off).
