Episode ordering - missing TheTVDB (streaming)

As of now, options for getting episode ordering are:

The Movie Database (Aired)
TheTVDB (Aired)
TheTVDB (DVD)
TheTVDB (Absolute)

However in some cases the streaming order makes more sense. Could you please add it?

There’s a feature request to support alternate orders from TVDB/TMDB. You can vote for it if you wish.
