I currently use an app called Hobi to search for upcoming and current shows and when I follow them it keeps me up to date on when new seasons and or episodes are coming. If I had this built into plex it would be much easier since that’s where I watch most of my content.
Now plex is great if I’m currently watching something I will see it on deck but if I want to see when a new upcoming season was set to release I won’t know until it’s on deck and for shows, I’m not currently watching I can add it to the new playlist which is great but if it had a spot that indicated when new seasons and or episodes were airing or if the show has been canceled would be awesome!
A notification for new streaming availability would be great. For example i can add new movies in my watchlist and i would like to get a notification as soon as the movie is available on any of my selected streaming services
