[Errno 100 13] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden

..been working fine until (perhaps coincidence) I changed the hostname of the machine, IP stayed the same.  Error is:

 

22:24:55 WebServer: Failed to connect to HTTPS on 10.0.1.99 port 443: [Errno 100
13] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access perm
issions

10.0.1.99 is the PMS server.  Does this mean something already has 443 open?

Found it .. SoftEtherVPN was hogging 443, stopped the service and no more error - just need to test the app to confirm.

...bring this one back to life.  I'd really like to have a VPN on the plex connect host, any way around this?

you would need to find a vpn software that does not use port 443 or is configurable not to use it.  A standard PPTP VPN uses port 1723.

..ended up moving the vpn server to my Ubuntu VM on the same machine, works like a charm.
