Error 3016 at the same place in a song in Chrome browser

Bizarre error. I get Error 3016 at the exact same location 3:42 min on the song “He won’t go” by Adele. This is the only song that I have encountered this on. It only happens when I run the web app under Google Chrome browser. If I use Microsoft Internet explorer for the Plex web app, Windows media player, Samsung smartTV Plex App or Audacity it has no problem.
BTW I have reripped the track from the CD and moved the file to a different place on the HD without fix. Plex Media Server Logs_2019-03-02_18-23-38.zip (3.8 MB)
