Music Playback Error (s3016 and s3014) only for some songs in some players

Hi. Wondering if anyone else has seen this problem before. When trying to play certain songs, I get the error messages S3016 and S3014 (first 3016 then like a second later, 3014)

The weird thing is that the songs play fine on some players

  • the plex android app
    -the plex windows app

but others are giving me problems for certain songs

  • Plex Web App [chrome]
  • the server app on the NAS drive where the music is [chrome browser]
  • connecting through Sonos

The music itself is stored on a Synology NAS drive. Plex is Version 1.18.3.2156.
The songs in questions are mostly standard mp3s with a couple of wmas. Logs are attached
