I am running into a problem when I want to cast a movie with the DTS/DCA 5.0 codec. It just doesn’t work.
When I want to cast a movie with the DTS/DCA codec that is 5.1 it works. Can you help me figure out why DTS/DTA 5.1 works but 5.0 is an unrecognized codec? Is there a way to fix this?

AFAIK Chromecasts do not support DTS at all natively, so maybe an issue with server trying to transcode. It may not know what to do with 5.0. I’ll need to see if our QA team has any 5.0 files to test with.
Is this a regular chromecast and you are casting from your phone, device or the Chromecast w/Google TV and you are using our Android TV app with it’s remote?
I am using a Sharp TV with Chromecast. Any recommendations for a TV that supports DTS 5.0?
