Senior, non-techie here. I use Plex via Windows 10 via ethernet to Roku. I have run into a series of mp4 videos that stall and give me “error code s3015 Media.” These files will ot play via my Roku, nor will they play via VLC media player. I’ve been using PLEX for some time and this is the first time I have had this problem. Can someone help me resolve this problem, please?
