After update from Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
I am now getting this Error when i try to play something from plex server.

I installed vlc apt install vlc and it worked like a charm.
Error 28 & 208 can occur for many things.
Please create the problem then Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs
and attach the ZIP file it gives you.
I will be able to see the sequence of events.
I can confirmed this solve this issues for me.
sudo apt install vlc
Installing VLC solves the problem?
No, it does not solve it (on CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core)).
sudo yum install -y vlcUsing another browser did (Firefox dev does not work, Chrome is fine).
Thank you for confirming. VLC and PMS use entirely different libraries.
