Error couldn't read file header occurs sometimes

but video plays fine after selecting it another time, time out?
Hi,
can anyboy tell me why Plex sometimes proclaims the error "couldn't read file header" for rtsp-streams like this one:

url=rtsp://ondemand.quicktime.zdf.newmedia.nacamar.net/zdf/data/quicktime/zdf/11/03/110315_25jahre_f21_vh.mp4<br />
dir.Append(VideoItem(url,title=title, subtitle=datum+" - Dauer: "+durationstring, summary=provider+" - "+summary, duration=duration, thumb=thumbnail))


It's probably a time out problem, any idea what to do?
