My Plex is failing to subtitles. Tried in the browser and Android both, both failing.
Anyone experienced this? It’s happening for two days already.
Not sure If this is the right place ,but is there anyway to open a support ticket for Plex?
Happens to me too. Just noticed it today. I get the message “Failed to download subtitle error” regardless of the language of the subtitles. Plex Media Server 1.40.4.8840 running on Synology DSM 7.2.2-72806. Client Plex for Mac 1.105.2.269-12a32491running on Mac OS Sequoia 15.2.
It’s started happening to me this evening too. 
Started for me sometime after Christmas. Searching for subtitles works on no clients for the past week or so.

started happening for me too since yesterday. restarting server doesnt help.
Having this issue too. Just cropped up after I was forced to download a separate .srt file for a film I was trying to watch, now Plex won’t cooperate at all after multiple restarts and fabled fixes that have sporadically appeared on several different subreddits.
Fwiw, the version I’m using is “Plex for Windows - Version 1.107.2.300-7093f413”/
Also can’t seem to find a fix in any single separate forum thread made on here about the issue, regardless of version, regardless of whether it’s the web app, Android, Xbox, whatever. Would love to know how this has supposedly been an issue for years now. with no permanent fix.
Hi. Same here, different clients, tried to restart the server, upgraded server, etc.
Any clue?
