Can't download subtitles OpenSubtitles

Hi, anyone having a problem on downloading subtitles too? This is the feature of Plex Pass that I loved the most but since about a month or 2 months ago i keep getting failed to download Subs.

I already try downloading on the Plex Server, on iOS, on Android, and Plex Media Player on Windows all failed to download. Already try using DNS/VPN still failed.

Same here and I hate it. It was a really great feature when it worked, but it seems noone is bothered to fixing it.
