Hello

I am currently enrolling in an annual pass.
It should be valid until May.
However, the download has been in error since late last year.
Can you help me?

  • what are you attempting to download that fails for you?
  • what version of Plex Media Server do you have installed and on what platform / OS version?

  • what are you attempting to download that fails for you?
    ⇨It is Japanese movie from Watcjtv.
    These were available for download a month ago.
  • what version of Plex Media Server do you have installed and on what platform / OS version?
   ⇨ I am using Plex version 6.7.2.  I have an iPhone, Apple TV, and ipad.  They are all equally errors.

So you downloaded a free movie and have added that to your Plex Media Server?
Is that file showing up in your Plex or is it not recognized?

I’m trying to understand at which step in the process you get an error:

  1. while downloading the file
  2. when adding it to the server’s library folder
  3. when scanning that folder to add the file
  4. the file not being added to Plex
  5. the file being added but not adding metadata
  6. playback of the file on your phone / tv

By the way… what is the actual error message? :wink:
