Error: get the plex media server?

first please excuse my bad english. I have the following problem:

I have set up my synology nas 918+ completely new and therefore reinstalled plex.
I logged into the plex account normally with my usual access data - but plex always writes that I should install a plex media server. no shared folders are found.
I logged into the media server using ip. nothing is found on the cell phone or on the television.
I have now uninstalled and installed several times. deleted the user plex, deleted the folder plex etc.

But since the NAS was rebuilt, Plex has stopped working. Does anyone know any advice?

Are you local to NAS? - no currently at work

Do you have the PC and the NAS in the same subnet? - yes, both in the same subnet

I have never had any problems until now. only when I set everything up again did plex no longer work. Although all attitudes should be the same.
