Impossible to connect Plex to my synology NAS

Hello,
I’m new here and I have troubles to connect plex to my NAS. Can you please help me ? In attachment you can see the logs

Would you mind elaborating what exactly you’re trying to achieve?
Is this a newly installed server? – if so, make sure to finish the setup by accessing the server through its local IP address / from within the same network (e.g. http://[Syno IP address]:32400/web)

If you already went through the setup… where exactly are you getting stuck?

You also might want to update your PMS… the version currently installed (1.18.5) is more than 2 years old (latest public version is 1.25.1). You can download the file from Plex’ homepage and use the Manual install option in your Sync’s App Center to update the app. [Edit: noticed in the logs that you had already updated the server app to 1.25.2]
