Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=4.4.0, device=webOS 4.4.0, model=OLED65B8PLA

how can i fix this. my tv is allways buffering and this code is coming up. it works in appel tv but not in lg tv do you have a solusion for this.
