Plex Server causing buffering on Smart TV

TV Client Version# 5.1.3

I’m running Plex as a server on my windows computer and viewing the media on my LG smart TV, however recently it keeps buffering like crazy which it didn’t use to do before. Upon checking the live logs on the server when the buffering occurs, the following keeps popping up:
“Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=3.8.0, device=webOS 3.8.0, model=43UJ634V-ZD”

I’ve checked my computer and the logs and nothing seems to be causing it other than the error above. I did some checking around it and it says that plex doesn’t use profiles anymore yet why am I still getting this error if it no longer exists and is causing my plex to buffer all the time.

Any ideas on how to fix this
