Hi-I am new to Forums but have used Plex for years. Just recently I am having problems. I went to update my Plex version from 1.32.6.7557 to 1.32.7.7621 and I got the Error message above. I looked here and did not find anything to help.
I do have a couple of other issues too.
Another big issue is that I was streaming live Spectrum TV, my cable provider, for years with a cable-card. Just recently, they switched from channels to streaming, and now, Spectrum does not work on Plex. I can stream Spectrum but, not through Plex.
One more issue, I am a Lifetime Premium member but, all the time, I get notices to up-date and become a Premium subscriber! I was able to contact billing and they told me I was correct; I am a Premium subscriber. I should check to see if I was logged-in to my account. Yes, I am logged-in. Their last suggestion was to check here for a solution.
I can run on Linux Mint or Windows 10. I have a split disc but, I am NO expert!
