Error reading H.264 file with video

Hi,
I have a plex server setup on my NAS (DS218+) running on the latest version ( 1.18.5.2309)
Most of the time, everything is working fine. I can read videos from my TV or my computer.
But some file cannot be read.

Here is an example of 1 video. I can start reading it, the sound is fine, but I cannot see anything.

I attached the logs if this helps.
