I don’t understand how to fix this issue. I’ve optimized the database, restarted plex and rebooted the server several times.
This is not a file permissions issue, nor is it a naming issue. The files are named correctly.

Come on Plex. If you aren’t going to offer support and make users use these forums your staff need to be on top of issues like this.
What does this error mean? What are troubleshooting steps to fix this?
