Transcode fails windows 10

Server Version#: 3.89.2
Player Version#: multiple
I just moved Plex from user app data local to my D: drive I’m wondering somehow I got some file corruption or somewhere paths need to be updated (I updated the path in Plex) I was following the advice of the plex as service thread.

Errors are a bunch of movie images are missing and I see this in log:

Error resizing an image, we don’t trust what we cached [D:\appdata\Plex Media Server\Cache\PhotoTranscoder\55\553a60af7644f6614ac716f09b4a7e59151edfca.jpg]

Some media when I try to play it I get this log:

[FFMPEG] - Failed to create Direct3D device

[FFMPEG] - Failed to create Direct3D device

[Transcoder] Unknown decoder ‘h264’

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=TiVo, platformVersion=20.7, device=Mini (Series 4), model=TCDA92

Got a request to stop a transcode session without a session GUID (or with an invalid one).

Can’t play with or without HW acceleration checked. These are on videos that played fine before I moved the directory. If it makes any difference I have Plex Premium and I did try doing a reinstall.

That looks like the player. What is the version of your server?

Sorry, grabbed from wrong tab, server is 1.14.1.5488

Version 1.15.1 is available. You might try that.

Transcoding seems to be working now. Still getting the resize/trust errors and some media is missing thumbnails

Seems I’m able to fix the thumbnails by hand either selecting a different poster or fixing the match.
