Plex Server is on a Win 7 based desktop, we can playback files on our Android devices (Chrome browser) and on a desktop running Linux Mint 18 via FireFox browser, but if I try it on my laptop running Fedora 27 via Firefox, Chrome or Falkon browsers, I can see the files (movies and audio), but any attempt to play one produces the S:9009 (Manifest) error. This is within our LAN.
Any suggestions, short of installing Linux Mint on the laptop from a SD card?
