For now no need to worry, but if you decide to create a premium music library, you may run into issues. You can just delete the Gracenote DB file and it will recreate itself.
They should go away. These files are being slowly regenerated over the next few hours.
Unless the errors are not coming from this Gracenote database…
You didn’t show enough of your logs above for identification of the particular file.
Hi Otto. Did what you and the others said. Also researched other posts. But i still get the "Gracenote: Music locale error " error.
I set the proper flags in Agents.
I repaired the database.
I stopped/rebooted the server.
… … …
(I am running windows.)
Still getting these errors every 30 seconds (the three errors I get repeatedly are listed at the end) and pretty much delays all other processing.
Any idea/suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Gracenote-related features and Premium Music library are currently impaired in their functionality.
A replacement for Gracenote is developed and will be released in a few weeks.
Thanks much Otto for the quick reply. Keep up the great work…
A quick question, if I may: Saw announcement. I use the “free” server (not “Premium”), latest version (1.16.3.1402). Would July 1 changes impact how I currently use Plex since I do not have Premium?
No, not at all.
The error messages are also inconsequential. They only appear because Gracenote has been disabled, but not removed completely yet. They will disappear in PMS 1.16.4
