Gracenote: Exception at line 1036, error -1870593916 (The client timed out or was disconnected
waiting for a response from the Server - often this indicates there is something
keeping the SDK from reaching Gracenote’s servers - like proxy or firewall settings.)

How can I resolve this?

Which version of Plex Media Server are you running? Gracenote is no longer used and you have to upgrade to a recent version to begin using the new EPG provider.

Can you explain “All Gracenote services have ended.” Are you saying that Gracenote is not longer being supported by Plex?

What is the new EPG provider? Currently, I am using the latest Plex version in beta: 1.16.2.1297

I haven’t seen it officially stated, but based on the logs it is Rovi.

Where are you finding this? I’m looking under Agents, I don’t see Rovi.

In Plex Web go to settings, then troubleshooting, and download the logs. Open “Plex Media Server.log” and search for “rovicorp”. I’m seeing references to rovicorp now that aren’t in logfiles that I happen to still have from several months ago…
