ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=

Hi Chris, I’m having exactly the same issue on two LG sets (an SK8500 and an OLED55B8). The errors come every 10 seconds throughout playback.

I raised it in this thread and a couple of moderators said they’d look into it.

FWIW, it doesn’t seem to affect playback, but using a generic client profile possibly isn’t the most efficient thing and it could be the root cause of some transcoding issues I’ve seen there users suffering from.
