Constant Buffering on LG TV

I am having constant buffering when trying to play a movie on on of my clients. It is an LG smart TV. All other devices connected to this server play movies without and issue.

I apologize for the lack of information in this post, however I’m not sure what information you may want or need. I have viewed the logs and I see the following:

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=4.2.0, device=webOS 4.2.0, model=OLED65C8PUA

Please let me know what information you would like to see/know.

I just wanted to say thanks to all the helpful comments that have been posted here. Without them, I would still not be able to watch movies from this TV. Wait… I must have been dreaming.

It would help if you forwarded some Technical information.

The offending Title xml

Is there a NAS involved?

Is the file Transcoding?

WiFi or Ethernet?

Subtitles?

What Player version on the LG. ( Settings/about on TV) or PMS settings / Authorised Devices
