I’m unable to upload posters via url or file.
I will put the url address in the text field for the poster, or upload a file with a poster, press enter to submit, and then I will I get an error.
This error is only happening for 1 specific tv show “Yellowjackets”’’
I have tried refreshing the metadata, deleting the library and adding it back, creating a new library and the problem still persists.

Hah, that’s … odd.
Can you share the URL of the image you’re trying to set?
I’ve tried using multiple URL’s for posters. None of which will work for these select titles I have listed, however the exact same url will work for any other show.

You may need to share server logs. I just created some test files for Yellowjackets . I was able to upload a poster by URL without incident.
Is there any sensitive information I’ll need to redact?

The logs do include IP addresses, usernames, and filenames.
Security tokens are obfuscated in the logs.
Is it standard for people on here to upload their logs with that information? There are a lot files in the zip file, and not sure how I would redact it all.
