Error when removing a tidal Album

Hello guys,

I added the one or the other tidal album to my library.

I also added those albums in to my tidal.

Later I downloaded those albums and added them to my server.

When I now try to remove those tidal albums from my music it often happens that I get an error message and the album is not removed.

I also removed those albums from my tidal, but still they stay in my library.

Don’t know what to do. Maybe one of you have an idea what could be the issue as those albums get more and more and I don’t know what to do.

Thanks for your help.

Additionally i found now, that on those albums which i cannot remove, trackcount is wrong, means the album dont show all tracks which should be in the album.

i then tried to remove track by track and found that most of them can be removed but some of them give the error.

example:

Artist: Dave
Album: We’re All Alone In This Together
Track 4, 6 and 12 give the error and cannot be removed
Album is not in tidal “my albums” or marked anyway else, tracks are also not in any playlists.

see error when triying to delete:

see error when trying to play one of those tracks:

i would appreciate any help

small addition: if i try to play the song in my windows plex app they are working well…

Any support member willing to help?

Possible to get the server logs right after trying to remove a track/album that causes error. do you get any errors when trying to play one of those tracks?

@BigWheel - i have sent logs and some additional infos over.

thanks a lot for taking over this issue

Can the Tidal album be removed if you temporarily remove your ripped files of the same album from the library beforehand?

Have now tried: removed the folder from server, restarted plex, removed the album (local) from album view - successful, tried to remove the tidal album, did not work :frowning:
