Server Version#: Version 1.19.2.2737
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.34.3
So I am following the steps to upgrade to the newest version. I did the below:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
Those worked fine.
I then did:
sudo apt-get install plexmediaserver-installer -y
And I get the following message
Anyone know what I am doing wrong as this is obviously user error
I think the package is “plexmediaserver,” not “plexmediaserver-installer.”
@beckfield Thank you for that answer. I ran it with the modified name and it is no longer gives me that previous message but now I see.
I know that message is wrong because I am on 1.19.2.xxxx and I know the new upgrade is 1.19.3.2852
