Error while installing

I cannot even install it again, just getting to a screen saying:
" Det har upptäckts ett problem med en av de centrala komponenterna i Plex Media Server."
“A problem has been discovered with one of the core components in Plex Media Server”
Attached the logs.

Please help, nothing is working at the moment.
I have unistalled, reinstalled, cleaned registry, and are now out of options.
