You see this on the play page under the actors and directors info.

What I did to fix this problem on Mac 10.6 osx is to install Python 2.7.5. If anyone is having this problem download the latest version. Check to see what version you have by open terminal and typing

Python --version


http://www.python.org/download/. For the latest version.

Thanks, I had the same problem and upgrading Python fixed it.
