I’ve followed the steps to gain access to my server again using these instructions: Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support
BUT… why does this keep happening to me? I’ve had it happen 3-4 times in the past month and I really don’t understand it. I’ve been using Plex since 2015 and this has never happened to me until recently.
I haven’t switched routers, internet providers, or closed any ports (that I’m aware of) recently, and I can’t figure out why this keeps happening.
EDIT: I also know I’m not running the latest server update, I recently downgraded to see if this problem would go away. It hasn’t.
Has anyone else been having similar problems recently?
