EVG Three Hours Ahead

Hello Friends,

First time posting, so I am sure I’m going to be making a mistake in where I’m posting this, and whether or not this has been answered a million times before.

I’m in Southern California and I have just been made aware of a new channel that I really want to watch. It’s called MeTV Toons (go ahead and make fun of me, but that Bugs sure sticks it to Elmer Fudd.)

There are like three different versions of this channel, some of which show only cartoons and some of which are cartoons during the evening, but their own website shows 3 different channels to watch the same shows (9.6, 27.1, 54.3.) I would like to DVR certain shows, but I’m having trouble with the EVG. In my DVR settings, all of the MeTV Toons channels that are listed are not enabled. I figured out I needed to map to a certain EVG, but the EVG is not available for 9.6 or 27.1. I am able to map 54.3 with the corresponding EVG, but the programming is three hours ahead. This is the only channel that is doing this, every other channel is showing the correct guide information for what is airing at that time. I have tried rescanning for channels but that hasn’t changed anything.

Can anyone help and/or point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I too live in SoCal and the new toon channels would not appear for my actual zip code, so I had to use 90001 or something more “los angeles-y” for them to show up. Still missing one or two others I’d like but that step got me most of the LA area channels.

Well I’ll be. That totally worked. I used 90001 and it worked like a charm. Thank you so much.
