MeTV Toons is a new channel that is in the US that started on 6/25. I have updated the guide several times, but all the times still show Eastern time and I live in Mesa, AZ which is in the Phoenix, AZ time zone and all the shows are 3 hours off.

Does anyone have any suggestions where Plex receives this guide and who to contact to update this time zone of the guide. I would like to record programs, but they are not getting curated correctly because the guide is incorrect. I have seen other guides, such as Frndly TV, and they are correct…

I have a similar issue and live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and I can’t even add the channel which is 5.6 to watch it. There is no guide even available since I can’t add the channel I have to watch it through my HDHomerun app. I need plex to add it so when editing channels to add it is an option in the EPG channels.

I didn’t even think about trying the HDHomerun app. I’ll have to try that and see what shows up with that. I haven’t used the DVR feature with the HDHomerun app.

I checked the guide in the HDHomerun app and it is set correctly for my time zone. For now I could figure out how to copy DVR recordings from HDHomeRun to my Plex server to make them available on Plex. I hope this gets fixed soon on Plex.

I have the same problem in the Charlotte NC market. There is no EPG data for the new MeTV Toons channel WCCB 18.9. Please add it as soon as possible.

I’m having the same issue in Orlando, FL. Channel 9.4. I can only view the channel on the HDHomerunAPP or TV directly on antenna, not plex due to not having a guide.
My Roku TV’s which have direct connection to the antenna have an issue with the guide, it takes a while to populate it, it initially shows up with “No information”, but it populates it a few seconds later after selecting the channel. I’m guessing it’s an issue with how the channel is being broadcasted.

Same. Would like to see the guide update for new channels.

Same, or at least give me a way to select “No Guide” so it’s at least a tunable channel.

I have the same issue for Minneapolis/St Paul Area. I can’t add 5.6 for MeTV TOONS.
Please update the EPG Guide and add it SOON.

Another Orlando User here. No guide for 9.4 Toons. This needs to fixed, added, or is there an easy third party solution ? I would really like to enjoy this channel in Plex. Right now i can’t.

This would be a good feature. Hopefully the Plex people see this.
