I just saw an update to the IOS plex app that says:
New: Added support for Exclude Labels and Content Rating restrictions to user settings
I was thrilled when I saw this, because I, like so many others have been begging for this. But…
…After installing the update, I don’t see where these new features are. I have lifetime plexpass. Anyone else have any idea?

I consider that “feature” slipped into the release notes by accident. I appears Plex has updated the release note. Excluding labels is no longer mentioned…
Version 6.2 is now available.
NEW:
Record Live TV directly from the player.
FIXED:
Automatically pause video playback when headphones are disconnected.
Cancelling a recording would show the wrong message.
DVR Schedule/Priority tabs would show up for restricted users with no DVR access.
Don’t show post-play screen with Web Shows.
Enhanced video player would pause automatically after skipping to another video.
Fix an issue that could cause the wrong number of columns to show in grid views on…
As for if/how to manage your shares from iOS:
swipe right to show the main navigation
click on the users icon at the top of the navigation (left to the notifications “bell”)
add new users or modify existing ones
