Exit button for PS4 app

Hi!


I use HDMI CEC. It controls my pi2 running Rasplex. It controls my PS4 for media playback [DVD/Bluray/Plex]


But I need to dig my PS4 controller out to press the PS button to exit Plex!


Can you introduce an EXIT/QUIT button so I don’t need to?

Can’t Plex make a LOGO of the PS button on the top left/right which when “accidentally” highlighted and entered, quits the ap? :smiley:

What type of remote are you using?

The factory one. It’s a Sharp TV.


Also have a harmony 650.

At present there is a beta program that has just added ps4 support.

This has given my the ability to exit any ps4 program runnning and turn off ps4.

Just a suggestion if your were looking to upgrade your harmony remote....
