Exoplayer Bug - SD 695 CPU doesn't support H265 within plex app

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Android Plex App Version#: 10.4.0.4843 (f8913f1)

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+
CPU: Snapdragon 695 5G

Unfortunately if I try to play 1080P HEVC (H.265) 10bit content within the plex app it transcodes to H264. Exoplayer should support this content without video transcoding.

Adreno 619 GPU
• H.264 (AVC), H.265 (HEVC) VP8 and VP9 playback

CPU Specifications - https://www.qualcomm.com/content/dam/qcomm-martech/dm-assets/documents/product_brief_-_snapdragon_695_5g_mobile_platform.pdf

GPU Specifications - Qualcomm Adreno 619 - CPU Comparison Specs & Benchmarks

Apparently this CPU/GPU should support H265 10 bit

I encountered the same issue yesterday when trying to play a 1080p HEVC file on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+. Downloading and watching the file locally with a different player (VLC) worked fine. I assume the plex app / plex server does not etimate the tablets capabilities correctly and forces a transcoding to H264 which hinders a smooth playback.
Same file plays correctly (no transcoding) on an iPad Pro 10.5" (2018) and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite with direct play.

I don’t have the detailed specs at hand at the moment, but happy to provide them if needed.
