Everytime I try to play a film with external subtitles, plex gives me a network error.
Maybe thats a machine problem, I guess my computer is not being able to re-transcode the film do stream with subtitles to xbox…
But the odd thing is that, as I remember, when I started to used plex, about a year and half ago, It worked fine. Am I wrong?
I tried to play the film on the plex app and on Xbox video app, none of them are able to play subtitled films, unless the file is an mp4 with the subtitles “burned” on the film (not as an external file).
Is there a test to know where the problem is?
