Then you’ll have to perform Refresh Metadata for the whole library to complete the operation.
But first, enable the display of file name extensions in Windows explorer. Windows is hiding them by default, which could mislead you about the true file names.
Once you have them activated and are able to see the actual file names, Refresh Metadata of a few test movies.
If all goes according to ecpectations, do the whole library.
Nope. Still not working. But I’ve got my subtitles back and that was the main issue.
