I like to request for another category called Documentary
so I can separate it out from TV show when I just want to watch my Doco
You can just create an additional TV Show library and point it to your documentaries. The online databases that store TV show metadata also include TV documentaries in many cases.
If that isn’t adequate, then you need to provide more information about what you are requesting.
I have a library called Documentaries that’s set up as a movie library for documentaries that are movie style.
Any multi episode documentaries are in my TV show library as that is the only way I could have metadata for them.
