Extras aren't available to shared users on desktop?

I have home video concert footage that I arrange as such:

<Concert Name>
  Intro Video
  <Extras>
     01 - Track A
     02 - Track B
     03 - Track C

This appears fine under my own account. I share this with family members using tags. They can see the “intro” videos for each but no extras appear below it. They can see them on their mobile phone.

How can I get extras to show for custom media like this to other users as part of my share? Do they have to be Plex Pass users to see the extra content even for my own videos? If so, is there a better way to add concerts with individual track/setlists that make it easy for them to browse?

I have always found Plex complicated and lacking when it comes to family/personal video management, which is unfortunate. I am a Plex Pass user myself, but wouldn’t think others needed to be just to see my own video extras I’ve included.

What version number is the “desktop” app? There are quite a few different ones.

Items named “Extras” or items stored within a subfolder named “Extras” are ignored by Plex.
