I’m seeing an odd issue while playing back extras, on both Movies and TV Shows. Playback will skip randomly, and the audio loses sync with the picture. The actual movie and show files play back fine and without issue. The issue does not happen when watching the mkv extras files outside of plex, such as watching the file in VLC. I’ve tried playback on Apple TV, iPad, and Chrome and the issue persists across all platforms. Any ideas?
I have an odd situation as well. I have extras (mkv)that were added a year ago that play without issue. The extras (mkv) I added yesterday will not play on any tv or roku ultra.
Though they do work on VLC media player and the plex web app. Certainly odd that some don’t work and all files are named in the correct fashion and show up on plex.
