Is there a Chance to use Elgato /Geniatech EyeTV with the Plex DVR?
Actually, i have one of these too, i have just bought an HDhomeRun - but would be happy to have another couple of channels active… i’ll watch this thread.

I would also like to see support or way to use already owned Elgato EyeTV Diversity with Plex DVR and live TV. Not particularly wanting to buy another tuner right now.
Plex are actively trying to work with Geniatech on this, but I’m not sure how much progress has been made. Plex are endeavouring to add more tuner support as fast, and as best, as they can.
As a long-time Plex Pass subscriber, I would like to use EyeTV 250+ and Hybrid tuners for Plex Live TV/DVR in addition to HDHomeRun tuners. First, Elgato of Germany and now Geniatech of China have abandoned the EyeTV market in the US. Support for legacy EyeTV tuners is something that this long-time Plex Pass subscriber could really use—as opposed to a Tidal plug-in, etc.
I’m a very long-time EyeTV hardware and software user—long before deutsche Elgato abandoned the market and loyal customers to Geniatech of China. EyeTV has gone downhill since the Geniatech acquisition. As a final straw, as of February 2019, Geniatech has pulled the plug on the TV Guide EPG updates for EyeTV even though many consumers have paid for the annual service. I’m paid through August 2019. And Geniatech has disabled any web site or email contact, so I guess I’m not going to get a refund. EyeTV hardware and software is now worthless. Don’t get scammed or ripped-off by Geniatech of China.
