Server Version#: 1.32.4.7195
Player Version#: 8.23.1 (6601) iOS, Apple 4K TV
I’m not sure when the problems started, but lets say it’s a month ago. I have trouble streaming most of the videos 1080p on AppleTV. I’ve tried to figure out if the networking is the problem but cannot find any problem. I’m receiving a multiple type of errors:
“CPU not strong enough…”
- it’s i9, 32GB RAM, RTX3080 ??? What kind of monster PC box I need if transcoding happens?!?? (actually the same problems are happening while “Direct streaming” is happening! (screenshots below)

(screenshots taken are with a bunch of apps running and concurrently playing AppleTV stream and streaming on the same box in WebPlayer)
“connection is not good… slow conenction?!?”
- I have attached speed test from server (while a multiple users are connected on the network and doing their regular stuff, I have even tried network bandwidth with simultaneously, playing multiplayer FPS, and streaming to the Twitch, listening radio and network has any kind of problem - there is still enough bandwidth to stream a 1080p video - that actually happens since kids are watching cartoons on another device - without the problem)
- Intranet is 1Gps network through TP-Link router
- bandwidth 200Mbps/100Mbps (server connected with ethernet directly to router, and has ability to connect via WiFi NIC)
- bandwidth for the AppleTV measuring the same app gives the same results (connected to WiFi) !!!

This is driving me nuts, since (I have updated only plex, I might have do some updates on my PC/Plex server also but cannot figure out what is the real root cause of the problems).
So I have prepared a few diagnostic screen shots below.
Please share your thoughts and what can I do to sort this problem?!?!
