Sorry, I’m sure this question has been asked on here somewhere…
I’m not computer savvy and usually have a friend to assist with this issues, but when the friend is traveling, no access to my movie library is a nightmare!
Power went out today and I’m logging in with same Username and Password but I’m getting a “Failed to Connect” message. Is there anything I can do to solve this?
