Hello!
Been using Plex for years with never an issue. All of a sudden about two weeks ago I started receiving a FAILED TO SAVE IMAGE or FAILED TO DOWNLOAD error after every attempt on my Phone or Tablet. Tried update on PC my libraries and refreshing everything, but nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue! Would be nice to have a fix. Especially now that I’ve moved all my photos from stupid google to plex

Same issue as well. I reset the server and even uninstalled/reinstalled the android app. No dice.
“Failed to save image” error message.

Hey All!
Sorry we all are having the same issue. Yeah, a fix would be nice since I switched phones and got a tablet. I feel like I have done everything I know with scanning library files, deleting the folder and making it again and refreshing data. Nothing seems to work.
Same here, just upgraded my android device two days ago and now can’t save images to my new phone (Poco F3)
