Can't download photo when connected via internet

Server Version#: 4.99.2
Player Version#: 9.14.037895 (android)

When connected with Plex server (on Synology NAS) via local network (WiFi), I can succesfully download a photo on my Samsung S21 FE. However, when I turn of my WiFi, the connection is via an external connection (dataroaming). Plex works but I will get a short fail error when I want to download any Photo. Downloading won’t work. Is here a solution fo this problem?

Can you expand on what doesn’t work? Is the button not there, does it not do anything when clicking, does it give an error?

Edit - To be clear, I am able to save photos to my phone while on cellular data. There may be a cache issue when just turning off your WiFi. Try closing the app and reopen after turning off WiFi.

When showing the photo, I click on the three dots. The dropdownmenu shows Share, Save and Details. When I click on ‘Save’ it shows for two seconds two messages on the bottom:
Blue: Saving picture. And Red: Failed saving picture (but then in the Dutch language),

I reinstalled the PLEX app, I restarted my Phone, I checked all settings. But on cellular I got this message.

Ok. Can you restart the app, try saving a picture, then get the Android logs (<- click here for instructions) and post them here for me to review.

I see the error. I need to check something, but I’ll get back to you.

Thank you very much, I hope you can find the cause and a solution!

It is still not possible to download a picture on my Samsung S21FE on cellular data.
A short red error message that the download has failed. I have a lifetime plexpass, the latest android and app version 9.16.2.38798

Sorry, I haven’t heard anything. Can you get me a new log with the latest app? Also get me the PMS logs too in case there is an issue on the server side.
