Failed to load items for this Play list message in Music playlists

I just created a music library from my iTunes library. The down load seems to have been successful without any error messages.
I then created album based Playlists which also seems to be OK. However when I try to look at the content of the some of the playlists I get a message saying “Failed to load items for this Play list”. When I play the playlist the music plays fine. I assume that this message means that some of the albums/songs did not load properly.
My question is: How do I know which album/song did not load properly and how do I clean up the playlist so it will display without this message?
Also is there a way to create a playlist from the tagged Genre?

I am adding a little more information to this question…

When I play the play lists directly from the PMS the songs play. But when I try to play the play lists from the PHT “stations” I get a “GetDirectory Failed” message. (see attached).
Some of the Play lists directly moved over from iTunes play fine everywhere but a couple that I created manually by loading the albums into the playlist show this problem.
I am running PMS 1.1.4.2757 on an iMac with Mac OS X 10.11.6 and PHT v. 1.4.1 on mac minis and iMac also with with Mac OS X 1.11.6
