Failed to replace webhooks because one or more of the new records could not be saved

Recently I found that webhook don’t work anymore. So I deleted the original URL. But When I try to add a new one, the below error apprers.

“Failed to replace webhooks because one or more of the new records could not be saved.”

I try to update my server to the latest beta 1.27.1.5891 version and even I reinstall the PMS. But none of them solved my problem. If I try to add a webhook URL, the message will be popped.

Does anyone know what to do with it?

Restart PMS, reproduce, and then upload a zip with PMS Logs
