"Failing exchange for lack of track matches"

I wonder what the above filter is checking: track, album, or artist when it says “unmatched”.
The XML says that everything is matched, so the filter must be not working as expected.

Where can I file a bug report.

Just in case support comes across this, here are actions I perform and the logs of each action.

Step 01

From the album view, I select “unmatch”

Found an old thread where I had this issue last year as well.

Unmatched Albums

My music collection is perfectly named and tagged. I still end up with one or two albums that appear to match, but still appear in my “Unmatched” playlist. What can I be missing here? [image]

Imported new music this weekend and I have 375 unmatched tracks. I assume some might correct themselves but I would assume not.

As I was manually fixing unmatched albums, I noticed that after I “fix match…”, the album then gets artist background art. I mostly point this out to demonstrate that the matched tracks are not truly matched by the Plex definition.

I matched a couple of artists, and then the rest fixed themselves overnight.

Thanks to @SwiftPanda16 for figuring out that this was not an issue with track matching but rather artists.
